We move at a deliberate, accessible pace with plenty of options and modifications so you can build strength, flexibility, and confidence on the mat.

  • Best for: Absolute beginners, anyone returning to practice, or students wanting to refine their alignment.

  • Pace: Slow & Steady

  • Intensity: Gentle / Light

🌙 Yin Yoga

Deep Stretch & Slow Release

Unwind and target the deeper connective tissues of the body—joints, ligaments, and fascia. In Yin Yoga, passive postures are held on the floor for 3 to 5 minutes using minimal muscular effort. This meditative practice increases flexibility, improves joint mobility, and encourages a deep sense of stillness and mental clarity.

  • Best for: Anyone with tight muscles, busy minds, or those wanting to balance a high-intensity lifestyle.

  • Pace: Very Slow

  • Intensity: Deep Passive Stretch

🌿 Recovery Yoga

Reconnect, Reclaim & Ground

A safe, supportive, and trauma-informed space designed for individuals navigating recovery from addiction, trauma, or mental health challenges. This class focuses on using gentle movement, intentional breath work, and mindfulness to help you safely reconnect with your body and soothe the nervous system.

There are no expectations, high-intensity postures, or physical hands-on adjustments—just a compassionate environment where you can cultivate present-moment awareness, build emotional resilience, and practice self-care at your own comfortable pace.

  • Best for: Anyone in recovery from addiction, substance use, burnout, trauma, or managing anxiety and depression.

  • Pace: Slow & Mindful

  • Environment: Grounding, Non-Judgmental, Trauma-Informed

  • Intensity: Gentle & Nurturing

🌊 Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Movement & Breath in Sync

Connect movement with breath in this dynamic, energizing class. Flow Yoga guides you through fluid sequences of postures—building heat, improving cardiovascular endurance, and honing focus. Expect a blend of standing poses, balances, and floor work woven together seamlessly to leave you feeling grounded, strong, and refreshed.

  • Best for: Those who love to move, sweat a little, and clear their mind through dynamic motion.

  • Pace: Moderate to Fast

  • Intensity: Moderate / Vigorous

🛋️ Restorative Yoga

Rest, Reset & Recharge

Restorative Yoga is the ultimate practice of conscious relaxation. Supported entirely by props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, your body is placed in comfortable poses with zero physical strain. Held for extended periods, these poses soothe the nervous system, lower stress levels, and invite your body and mind into profound rest.

  • Best for: Stress relief, mental fatigue, burnout recovery, and deep relaxation.

  • Pace: Still & Passive

  • Intensity: Ultra-Gentle / Restful

🪑 Chair Yoga

Accessible, Gentle & Uplifting

Chair Yoga makes the benefits of yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of age, flexibility, or mobility levels. Using a sturdy chair for support—both seated and standing—this gentle practice blends mindful movement, gentle stretching, and conscious breathing to improve joint mobility, enhance balance, and boost circulation without needing to get down on the floor.

  • Best for: Seniors, individuals with mobility or balance limitations, those recovering from injuries, or desk workers seeking accessible stretches.

  • Pace: Gentle & Mindful

  • Environment: Supportive, Inclusive, Low-Impact

  • Intensity: Light
